HOW LONG WIlL MY BOARD STAY FRESH?
ENJOY YOUR BOARD ON THE SAME DAY IT IS DELIVERED FOR ULTIMATE FRESHNESS. WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR CHEESE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, HOWEVER LEAVING THE CHARCUTERIE BOARD OUT FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS CAN LEAD TO SPOILING.
I REALLY WANT A BOARD BUT THE DATE I NEED IS NOT AVAILABLE - WHAT DO I DO?

IS DELIVERY FREE?
YES! DELIVERY IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FROM ROSLYN, WA 98941 + 5 MILES. FOR DELIVERY PAST 5 MILES AN EXTRA $4 PER MILE FEE IS CHARGED.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
OUR PLANNING PROCESS FOR EACH ORDER BEGINS THE MOMENT IT IS RECEIVED SO UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT GIVE FULL REFUNDS, AS PERISHABLE FOOD/PRODUCTS BY THIS POINT HAS ALREADY BEEN PURCHASED. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A 50% REFUND, CANCELLATION MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING TO HELLO@ROSLYNGRAZINGCO.COM 48HRS BEFORE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED TO CANCELLATION REQUESTS LESS THAN 48HRS OF THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES?
BE ADVISED THAT ALL OUR ITEMS ON OUR MENU ARE PREPARED IN A KITCHEN SPACE THAT MAY CONTAIN INGREDIENTS SUCH AS MILK, WHEAT, EGGS, NUTS & SOYBEAN AND FOR THIS REASON CROSS CONTAMINATION MAY HAPPEN. IF YOU HAVE SEVERE ALLERGIES PLEASE DO NOT CONSUME OUR PRODUCTS FOR YOU SAFETY.
CAN I CHOOSE WHAT INGREDIENTS COME ON MY BOARD?
ALL OUR CHEESES, MEATS AND PRODUCE ARE BASED ON WHAT IS SEASONALLY AVAILABLE. WE CAREFULLY SELECT ALL INGREDIENTS FOR OUR BOARDS BUT IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT AND SOMETHING YOU JUST MUST HAVE THEN REACH OUT AND WE'LL DO ALL WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE.
I'VE GOT MY BOARD, NOW WHAT?
PLACE YOUR BOARD IN THE FRIDGE RIGHT AWAY, WE RECOMMEND PULLING IT OUT 15 MINUTES BEFORE CONSUMING, BECAUSE TRUST ME IT TASTES BETTER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE!
